We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team, with broad exposure to both recruitment and finance.
This is an excellent opportunity to enter the Talent Acquisition domain, work closely with hiring managers, and be part of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Location and Scope: Ra’anana, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and identifying candidates (including LinkedIn and advanced tools)
  • Screening and reviewing resumes • Conducting phone interviews
  • Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Scheduling interviews and collaborating daily with hiring managers
  • Involvement in end-to-end recruitment processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree – required
  • Prior recruitment experience (up to 2 years) – required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) – an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
