Position responsibilities:
- Ongoing operational support for the finance team’s activities
- Establishing the finance infrastructure for startups — ensuring all team members carry out their tasks
- Onboarding new clients — opening bank accounts, registering files with tax authorities, signing documents, contacting insurance companies and obtaining business insurance quotes
- Handling bank equity loan matters
- Participation in the creation and implementation of stock option plans for new companies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree — required
- Experience in an operational/administrative role — required
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Startup experience — advantageous
