Position responsibilities:

  • Ongoing operational support for the finance team’s activities
  • Establishing the finance infrastructure for startups — ensuring all team members carry out their tasks
  • Onboarding new clients — opening bank accounts, registering files with tax authorities, signing documents, contacting insurance companies and obtaining business insurance quotes
  • Handling bank equity loan matters
  • Participation in the creation and implementation of stock option plans for new companies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree — required
  • Experience in an operational/administrative role — required
  • Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading)
  • Startup experience — advantageous

Personal qualities:

  • Self-motivation
  • Responsibility, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes
