Bookkeeping Team Leader
Nextage Ltd., a leading financial services firm specializing in working with start-ups and the high-tech community, is seeking a Head of Bookkeeping Team – an experienced, independent bookkeeper up to balance sheet with proven experience managing a bookkeeping team.

Our team works in daily interaction with start-up companies, providing professional guidance and ongoing bookkeeping services.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all bookkeeping activities, including bank reconciliations, invoices, suppliers, monthly closing, local & foreign payments, and credit card management.
  • Leading and supervising a team of bookkeepers, including professional guidance, problem-solving, and process improvement with clients.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of independent bookkeeping experience up to balance sheet.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing a bookkeeping team.
  • Experience in the high-tech/start-up industry – an advantage.
  • Priority system experience – mandatory.
