What you’ll do
- Act as a trusted advisor to startup CEOs, providing strategic financial guidance and insight.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and investor and financial reporting packages
- Support fundraising and M&A activities, and participate actively in board meetings.
- Manage and mentor finance teams
What you bring
- 7+ years in senior finance leadership roles, with substantial experience in the high-tech and startup ecosystem.
- Proven track record in leading fundraising rounds and managing M&A processes from strategy to execution.
- CPA (Israeli or US) with deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and international accounting standards.
- Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English, with excellent interpersonal, advisory, and client service skills.
